How long is the lead time?+
Stock packs ship in 3–5 working days. Custom builds: 7–14 days from CAD approval.
What's covered by warranty?+
5 years on cells (to 80% SoH), lifetime on welds and busbars. Physical damage and water ingress beyond IP rating are excluded.
Can I ship a pack on a plane?+
Up to 100 Wh is fine in carry-on. 100–160 Wh requires airline approval. Above 160 Wh: ground freight only. We label every pack accordingly.
Do you ship outside the EU?+
Yes, with UN3480 / UN3481 documentation. Battery shipping outside the EU is door-to-door tracked and fully insured.
Can I bring my own deck for a custom build?+
Absolutely. Ship us your deck or email dimensioned drawings — we CAD around your geometry.
